Catering was provided by Jeff's Maine Seafood.

The menu was as follows:

Grilled chicken, shrimp, and vegetable kabobs
Greek-style orzo salad with tomatoes, spinach and feta cheese
Sesame green bean salad
Fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella salad
Assorted breads with butter
Fresh fruit cobbler with whipped cream
Iced tea, lemonade, and coffee
Vermont beer and wine
