Staying in a 17th century hotel sounded like a good idea on paper. :-) The room was miniscule and hot and we had to climb some creaky, winding stairs to get to it. The shower was down another set of creaky stairs. The room was also above the rather raucous pub. But Dorothy Sayers once lived here, and that's a good thing.
